George Houston is currently seeking to recruit vibrant and experienced Administrative Officer for her client a Plastic Manufacturing Company located in Ota, Lagos.

JOB DUTIES
- Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
- Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Systematically filing important company documents.
- Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
- Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
- Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
- Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews.
- Liaising with immigration services for expatriate recruitment documentation
- Airport protocol services for guest and expatriates.
QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS
- BSC/HND in any related course from a recognized institute,
- 2-3 Years Experience in administration.
- Male
- Must have protocol and immigration liaison experience
AGE: 30 years below
