Job Brief



  • As a Front Desk Rep, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing phone calls and inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.


Job Responsibilities



  • Greeting and welcoming guests, providing a warm and professional first impression, and directing them to the appropriate areas or personnel.

  • Answering phone calls, screening and transferring them to the appropriate departments, and taking messages when necessary.

  • Assisting with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate guest information and handling payment transactions.

  • Managing reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in maintaining room availability and guest preferences.

  • Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance their overall experience.

  • Performing administrative tasks such as handling mail, maintaining records, and managing the front desk area to ensure a clean and organized workspace.


Job Requirements



  • B.Sc / HND in relevant field.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a front desk representative.

  • Must have experience in the medical industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
