Job Summary
- We are seeking the services of a Customer Service Representative, responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of our company.
- Their duties include answering phone calls or emails from customers to answer questions, discover new communication tactics and maintaining expert knowledge about company products and services to best help customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Answer phone, email, and face-to-face customer enquiries
- Direct customers to online resources
- Create and maintain reports on customer interactions
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Update customer records in our system, including notes about conversations and outcomes
- Present ideas for improving customer care
- Participate in team-building activities
- Develop customer rapport
- Encourage customers to complete satisfaction surveys
- Make recommendations to managers to improve customer experience
