Job Description

• Collection of soil sample, analysis and recommendation to the concerned farmer


• Train farmers, local govt or private farm agronomist, extension officersetc.on advanced crop production technologies, fertilizer management techniques, 4 R (Right rate, place, time and product) seed and agrochemical application.


• Advisory/Training to farmers in meetings/crop shows/ Conf./ exhibitions, trade fairs and personal visit.


• Communication of Promotional activities programs in respective area.


• Communication of promotional literatures, ideas, initiatives.


• Collection of Filed data on soil testing, demo trials, farmers data etc. using assigned formats.


• Collection of local data of Cultivated area, fertilizer consumption, fertilizer prices and commodity prices.


• Regular Enrollment of farmers on the Farm Grow APP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Soil Science, Crop Protection and related field


• 3 - 5 years work experience.


• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Teams, and Power Point


• Good Knowledge of Local Language.


• Agronomists with experience in species like Chloris Gayana, Napier, etc.
