Job Description


Program Execution Lead is a critical role that ensures the successful implementation of projects and programs, aligning with business goals and delivering desired outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and navigate challenges while achieving program objectives.


Job Requirements



  1. Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a Related field.

  2. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are advantageous.

  3. At least 5-7 years of cognate experience in Project Management and Execution.


Job Responsibility



  1. Develop and execute program plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

  2. Create a detailed work breakdown structure and project schedules, assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members.

  3. Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectations, Mile stone and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.

  4. Foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

  5. Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, guidance, and support to team members.

  6. Identify potential risks and proactively address issues that could impact the program's success, and develop strategies to mitigate and manage them.

  7. Manage and allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right skills and capacities are available to meet program requirements.

  8. Optimize resource utilization to maintain efficiency and project quality.

  9. Develop program budgets and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to allocated funds.

  10. Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

  11. Establish and enforce quality standards for deliverables, ensuring that the program meets or exceeds established expectations.

  12. Navigate and manage changes in program scope, objectives, or requirements, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.

  13. Conduct post-program reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future projects.
