Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for the job
Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
Maintain regular communication with candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, application statuses and interview outcomes in our company’s applicant tracking system.
You will work directly with experienced team members, developing an understanding of recruitment and other HR responsibilities.
Requirements
A Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience working as a recruiter or as a HR assistant.
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Great customer service skills because providing a positive candidate experience is crucial.
