Job Responsibilities



  • Actively sourcing for potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media or professional networks.

  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for the job

  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, application statuses and interview outcomes in our company’s applicant tracking system.

  • You will work directly with experienced team members, developing an understanding of recruitment and other HR responsibilities.


Requirements



  • A Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working as a recruiter or as a HR assistant.

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Great customer service skills because providing a positive candidate experience is crucial.
