We are in search of a skilled individual to assume the role of Head of Business Operations, bringing with them expertise in haulage operations and mechanical proficiency, to join our growing haulage enterprise.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute haulage operations, ensuring that truck Turnaround Time (TAT) adheres to approved standards while maintaining a strict financial budget.


• Supervise drivers and guarantee the punctual delivery of products to customers.


• Manage the maintenance team, ensuring the daily provision of roadworthy trucks for servicing purposes.


• Enforce the proper utilization of supplied diesel by drivers in accordance with specified mileage.


• Monitor the distribution of spare parts, confirming their dedicated use for intended purposes.


• Employ strategic management approaches to diminish service failures within the business.


• Collaborate with strategic partners to identify additional business prospects that will contribute to revenue growth.

Candidate Profile

• B.Sc/HND from a recognized Tertiary Institution with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in the logistics Industry


• The preferred candidate should have experience in the third-party haulage business, as well as working knowledge of truck repairs.


• Must live in Lagos, Enugu, or be willing to relocate.
