Description 

• Overseeing and scheduling regular vehicle inspection, maintenance, and servicing to minimize downtime.


• Ensuring all vehicle & bike documents are up to date.


• Establishing efficient routes and transportation schedules.


• Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection


• Renewal of vehicle and bike documents before their expiration.


• On time registration of newly purchased vehicles and motorcycles added to the company’s fleet.


• Develop and maintain fleet operations policies manual that outlines responsibilities and procedures for the work.


• Overseeing the purchase of new vehicles or equipment for the company’s fleet.


• Managing the fleet inventory to ensure all vehicles have the necessary equipment in each vehicle such as fire extinguisher, C- caution, extra tyres, etc.


• Ensuring on time rescue of riders/ drivers and the company’s fleet involved in accidents or arrests by road government officials.


• Ensuring proper negotiation and purchase of quality bike/ vehicle parts to minimize cost.


• Attending to requests from riders and drivers on complaints on their bikes and/or vehicles.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 2 - 5 years work experience.
