Customer Engagement:
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating products.

Sales Generation:
- Actively engage with customers to initiate and close sales transactions.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and specifications.
- Stay updated with new arrivals, trends, and product benefits.
- Communicate product details effectively to customers.
Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns courteously and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience that builds customer loyalty.
Merchandising and Visual Presentation:
- Assist in maintaining visual displays and product arrangements.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are neatly presented.
- Participate in creating appealing store layouts and window displays.
Cash Handling and Transactions:
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions.
- Handle cash and electronic payments with precision.
- Provide accurate receipts and manage cash register reconciliation.
Inventory Management:
- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming merchandise.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Participate in inventory counts as required.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.
- Share customer feedback, trends, and insights with the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport.
- Sales-driven with a passion for meeting targets and achieving results.
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
