- The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for the buying process for the division. Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. Positions requiring thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies, and application in a concrete organizational context.
As Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Working on PO request, requesting quotes, approving PO's fulfillment, and vendor on- boarding, working with requesters to obtain additional information and to attend to the business needs within expected timeline.
- Procurement for Direct materials product and services.
- Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution.
- Developing & executing of the strategic sourcing actions to drive cost saving projects by working closely with the Sourcing Manager and the entire team.
- Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures in the own field.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Understanding stakeholders’ needs and communicating sourcing policy around the region.
- Leading contract negotiations/key projects, engaging with key stakeholders.
- Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects.
- Driving 100% compliance of all Sourcing policies including Know Your Supplier (KYS), No PO No Pay, Bidding, etc.
- Partnering with sourcing quality to drive supplier quality, compliance and risk mitigation, including execution of regional Supplier Social Responsibility Program (SSRP), utilization of key Sourcing tools (iSupplier, e-invoice, etc.)

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a degree in any related course.
- Have at least 3 years’ experience as a Sourcing/Procurement Specialist.
- Have additional experience in Buying-Procurement role.
- Have some knowledge of a manufacturing environment.
- Have sound negotiating skills.
- Have good IT knowledge using a variety of software tools including Excel, Power Point and MRP systems (such as Oracle and Ariba).
