Key Elements of the Role



  • Report to the Sales Manager

  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities, especially in Corporate, Institutional & Govt sales.

  • Preparing activation budgets, projections and seek expenditures

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and offerings

  • Ensure planning and execution of BTL activities / demonstrations

  • Negotiate/close deals within approved budgets

  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service

  • Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients / prospects

  • Setting sales targets for your respective team members. Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve assigned targets

  • Training, Handholding the sales team

  • Competition update – Fortnightly report

  • Monitor the sales reach, plan and take corrective measures for growth

  • Adherence to Network Development and expansion plans

  • Ensuring adherence of achievement on Monthly sales Target for self and the team members.


Desired Skills & Experience



  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field,

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in sales role in an automotive company

  • 3W sales experience is an added advantage

  • Knowledge of local markets and ability to penetrate new markets

  • Professional membership of CIMN is an advantage

  • Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suit

  • Target-drive

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
