Key Elements of the Role
- Report to the Sales Manager
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities, especially in Corporate, Institutional & Govt sales.
- Preparing activation budgets, projections and seek expenditures
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and offerings
- Ensure planning and execution of BTL activities / demonstrations
- Negotiate/close deals within approved budgets
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients / prospects
- Setting sales targets for your respective team members. Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
- Collaborate with team members to achieve assigned targets
- Training, Handholding the sales team
- Competition update – Fortnightly report
- Monitor the sales reach, plan and take corrective measures for growth
- Adherence to Network Development and expansion plans
- Ensuring adherence of achievement on Monthly sales Target for self and the team members.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field,
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in sales role in an automotive company
- 3W sales experience is an added advantage
- Knowledge of local markets and ability to penetrate new markets
- Professional membership of CIMN is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suit

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
