Responsibilities

• Accept criticism and feeback well.


• Talk with customers about their requirements.


• Produce sketches for designs and decorations to show customers.


• Cive estimates for costs and time.


• Add icing, chocolate, decorations and messages.


• Wrap finished cakes ready for delivery.


• Clean work areas and equipment


• Fillings, frostings and other baking materials.


• They blend colors and icing,


• Create pictures and shapes


• Use various edible material to decorate each cake creatively.


• Meet with clients during a consultation to figure out their need

Requirements

• Attention to detail.


• Work well with hands.


• Knowledge of food processing methods.
