  • Promote activities of the Company

  • Manage and coordinate the administrative activities of the office

  • Collate all relevant information on behalf of the CEO and managing partner

  • Prepare and plan for both internal and external meetings Globally

  • Organize and generate public interest on the activities of the Company.

  • Manage, record, and file all office documents in Globally

  • Update and maintain organizational lists/databases and address the needs of Internal and External Stakeholders.

  • The post holder is required must speak the Hausa Language

  • Must be ready to travel with 75% of the time.

  • Joint Zoom/Skype operational meetings are mandatory.
