- Welcoming walk-in clients.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Ensure timely expense reporting in compliance with organisational policies.
- Good interpersonal skills .
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating maintenance and repairs when necessary.
- Liaise with vendors for regular repairs and timely routine maintenance.
- Engage in day to day facilities operations including maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies
- Provide excellent front office manners and address inquiries and requests promptly.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Perform such ad-hoc duties and assignments as instructed by the HR
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND qualification with 1 - 2 years administrative work experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Self motivation
- Good reporting skills
- Good knowledge of office management
Proximity to location would be preferred
Salary - N80,000 Monthly
