  • Welcoming walk-in clients.

  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.

  • Ensure timely expense reporting in compliance with organisational policies.

  • Good interpersonal skills .

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating maintenance and repairs when necessary.

  • Liaise with vendors for regular repairs and timely routine maintenance.

  • Engage in day to day facilities operations including maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies 

  • Provide excellent front office manners and address inquiries and requests promptly.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office.

  • Perform such ad-hoc duties and assignments as instructed by the HR


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND  qualification with 1 - 2 years administrative work experience.

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment 

  • Self motivation

  • Good reporting skills 

  • Good knowledge of office management


Proximity to location would be preferred


Salary - N80,000 Monthly
