About the job

• Engage directly with clients to understand their cloud requirements, provide technical guidance, and address any inquiries or concerns.


• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS services, adhering to best practices and security standards.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using CloudFormation and Terraform.


• Develop and implement automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency, including deployment, monitoring, and scaling processes.


• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues, applying a systematic approach to ensure timely incident response and resolution.


• Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or areas for optimization.


• Assist in defining and enforcing security policies, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer data.


• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical incidents, as needed.


• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovative solutions.
