Schucks Media is looking for an Animator (Intern) to become a part of our team. This position will animate and participate in key frame animation and motion capture animation for our studios team, while also assisting with research and development of rigs and other animation tools

This internship will run for 6 months to allow completion of the projects you will be working on.

Job Roles/Responsibility

• Work alongside production leads, producers, and coordinators on multiple animation projects


• Assist producers with various tasks, such as file archiving, as they directly relate to the projects being worked on


• Be open to the fast-pace nature of the animation studio by jumping into different tasks as they are assigned.


• Execute illustration, animation, etc. as needed.


• Edit and proofreading artist working documents.


• Construct and clean up animation as instructed by leads


• Collaborate with the team to help improve overall animation quality


• Follow established protocols in file management structure, project organization, and version control


• Communicate effectively and respectfully

Qualifications

• Working knowledge on After Effects, Illustration, and Graphic Design.


• Experience with business clients.


• General business knowledge.


• Must be interested in the creative industry.


• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Google Docs is also good


• Hard working, driven, and ability to stay cool under criticism
