Job Description

• The Country Operations Supervisor manages the daily activities of the operations including safety, quality, and production goals.


• He/She is also responsible for meeting service commitments and improving center performance.


• This position analyzes production, quality, and cost information to identify challenges and provide recommendations for improvement.


• The Country Operations Supervisor may work with third party contact center vendor managers to ensure understanding of business goals.
