Job Description



Roles and Responsibilities:



  • Ensure prompt and accurate confirmation of quantity release for loading.

  • Running loading program promptly and efficiently in line with the standard procedure.

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient process in the loading of products from the depot to the company’s trucks.

  • Liaising with PTD union, DPR, NUPENG, PEF and other government regulatory bodies for smooth loading and other matters.

  • Liaising with the sales team to know the destination of trucks and ensure client’s satisfaction.

  • Dispatch the truck to the destination successfully and within the time frame.

  • Carry out market surveillance and competitor analysis as it relates to prices, products, quality, etc.

  • Maintain security, integrity, and safety at the depot by adhering to all the Depot safety, regulatory and organizational procedures, and policies.

  • Submitting the company's truck registration number for programming.

  • Sending daily loading reports for PMS and AGO promptly and accurately.

  • Sending Weekly loading remittance and other required deport operations reports.

  • Provide support for fleet monitoring and management.


Requirements:



  • BA/BSC/HND

  • Minimum of 2 years experiences in depot operations and downstream oil and gas operations.

  • Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools.

  • Effective communication skills & excellent Interpersonal skills

  • Negotiating and Decision-making skills.

  • Management ability and supervisory skills.
