Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Understand and develop relationships with the academic research community
- Identify and vet ideas for joint or sponsored research projects based on the company’s need
- Efficiently communicate and collaborate daily with the senior officer
- Develop and maintain documentation for internal and external use
- Independently propose and follow through on unique, enabling ideas contributing to our battery research program.
- This position includes collaboration with external research groups and vendor programs.

Minimum qualifications:
- Graduate or Master's Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Quantum Engineering or Ph.D. degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Quantum Engineering
- Planning and tracking research projects
- Physics of quantum dot qubit devices
- Experience with qubit control or readout
- Experience with project management or project planning
