Responsibilities

• Develops strategies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.


• Receipt of incoming raw and packing materials into the warehouse


• Giving intimation of raw materials received to Quality /account departments


• Intimate the in-flow and out- flow of stock on daily /monthly basis


• Alert the quality department for materials sampling when the need arise


• Handling finished goods stores


• Transferring finished goods to braches


• Maintain clean, orderly, insect and rodent free environment within all storage facilities


• Ensure correct and complete documentation of all stores activities


• Received finished good s from production


• 50% supervision of loading and offloading of finished goods


• Supervision of local customer dispatches


• Keep records of delivery note and GRNs

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc in related discipline


• Minimum of 4 years working experience in Similar Position


• Supervisory skill & monitoring skill


• Stock maintenance and stock record


• Good documentation skill & Leadership skill.
