  • Help complete the sales process and manage the company’s property database.

  • Relate with clients both physically and virtually to enable them to make a good home purchase for their families and loved ones.


Responsibilities



  • Attending to all customers who want to purchase properties from the company’s estates.

  • Attending to customer enquiries pertaining properties for sale.

  • Opening files for all customers.

  • Issuing receipts of confirmed payments to all customers.

  • Conducting search in all the company’s estates.

  • Giving allocation letters and relevant documents to all fully paid customers.

  • Handling the company’s social media handles.

  • Responding to all customer’s enquiries on social media.

  • Engaging all customers on social media.

  • Social media marketing

  • Managing and updating the company’s property database

  • Others.
