- Relate with clients both physically and virtually to enable them to make a good home purchase for their families and loved ones.
Responsibilities
- Attending to all customers who want to purchase properties from the company’s estates.
- Attending to customer enquiries pertaining properties for sale.
- Opening files for all customers.
- Issuing receipts of confirmed payments to all customers.
- Conducting search in all the company’s estates.
- Giving allocation letters and relevant documents to all fully paid customers.
- Handling the company’s social media handles.
- Responding to all customer’s enquiries on social media.
- Engaging all customers on social media.
- Social media marketing
- Managing and updating the company’s property database
