Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing team to generate new business, increase revenue, and expand our customer base.


• As a Sales and Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for increasing sales through developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that align with our company objectives. This is a fast-paced role with high expectations and requires exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively seek out new potential customers through various channels such as social media, partnerships, and events.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products.


• Generate leads and conduct sales presentations to potential customers, negotiating terms and closing deals to meet sales targets.


• Collect and analyze market research data, identifying trends and opportunities in the industry.


• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.


• Conduct regular reviews of sales and marketing performance, making recommendations for improvements.


• Provide excellent customer service, promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.


• 2+ years experience in sales/marketing preferably in the FMCG and manufacturing industry.


• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.


• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and increasing revenue.


• Ability to analyze market trends, generate and interpret sales reports.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.


• Experience using CRM software would be an added advantage.
