Lead the Management's business plan with National Distributors and Sub dealers across Nigeria at all levels.
Supervise, co-ordinate and monitor all operational responsibilities of Sales & Distribution (Sell in, Sell through, Logistics, Warehouse Operations & Data Management)
Follow up with branch offices on Sub dealers' assessment and Visit Frequency Achievement regularly.
Audit prices used by Market Distributors selling on the company plan's RDP.
Weekly & Monthly reports on NMDs & Sub dealers' reviews.
Requirements
Educational qualification: At least Bachelor's Degree
Work experience: A minimum of 2 years in Telecoms Distribution handling especially Mobile is preferable.
Skills: Channel Management, Distribution Operation, Knowledge about the Nigerian Mobile Market, Team building capability & Microsoft Office Skills.
