Role Overview:



  • As a Partnership Manager at Cecure Intelligence Limited (CIL), you will play a crucial role in driving the development of CIL's capabilities with its partner (such as AWS, Microsoft, Google etc) ecosystem.

  • You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with partners, managing enablement programs, and fostering collaborations with various stakeholders.

  • Your expertise will contribute to CIL's growth and success in the technology ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:


Drive CIL Capabilities Development:



  • Work strategically to enhance CIL's capabilities through certifications, accreditations, and competency development within its partner ecosystem.

  • Identify and establish programs, designations, and competencies aligned with its partnership objectives with all its partners

  • Drive the advancement of CIL's team members through targeted training and partner certification programs.


Partner Enablement Programs:



  • Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive catalog of its partner enablement programs,

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of enablement initiatives.


Relationship Building with partners:



  • Establish and nurture strong business relationships with Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Solution Architects (PSMs), Business Development Managers (BDMs), Territory Managers, and other relevant partner stakeholders.

  • Engage with partners representatives to create joint strategies, go-to-market plans, and collaborations targeting SMBs, enterprises, startups, and the public sector.


Partner Engagement and Collaboration:



  • Cultivate relationships within Partner Networks to explore collaborative opportunities that benefit CIL Teams and Academy graduates doe managed service/product teams, and other on-demand initiatives.

  • Foster partnerships to leverage shared resources and best practices, driving mutual growth within the partner ecosystem.


Stakeholder Engagement:



  • Represent CIL within the cloud technology industry and actively participate in relevant industry forums and events.

  • Integrate CIL's presence and expertise into online and offline events, contributing to thought leadership and knowledge sharing.


Communication and Reporting:



  • Regularly communicate updates, achievements, and insights to internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Provide stakeholders with regular bulletins highlighting CIL's involvement, initiatives, and contributions within its partner ecosystem.


Qualifications and Experience:



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a partnership management or business development role, preferably in the technology or cloud computing industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of any Cloud services, solutions, and partner programs.

  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, digital transformation, and managed services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.

  • Proven ability to drive initiatives, manage projects, and achieve targets within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience working within and OEM AWS Partner Networkis a plus.

  • Relevant certifications are desirable.


Expected Outcomes for Partnership Manager:


Within 3 months:



  • Complete 10 relevant partner accreditations courses.

  • Establish a strong understanding of CIL's current capabilities, partnerships, and ongoing initiatives.

  • Complete a comprehensive assessment of existing certifications, accreditations, programs, and competencies within CIL partner ecosystem.

  • Initiate contact and build relationships with key stakeholders, including Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Solution Architects (PSMs), Business Development Managers (BDMs), and Territory Managers.

  • Develop a clear plan for the maintenance and growth of CIL's enablement programs and initiatives

  • Provide input on strategies for integrating CIL's presence into industry events and initiatives.


Within 6 months:



  • Complete 25 relevant partner accreditations courses.

  • Earn 3 business and technical certifications.

  • Drive the development & attainment of at least 5 competencies and/or designations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance existing and launch new enablement programs, ensuring alignment with CIL's growth objectives.

  • Facilitate collaborations to support CIL Academy graduates, managed service/product teams, and on-demand instructors.

  • Contribute to closing 20 significant deals by leveraging strategic partnerships and demonstrating the value of CIL's offerings.


Within 12 months:



  • Complete 35 relevant partner accreditations courses.

  • Earn 5 business and technical certifications.

  • Drive the development & attainment of at least 12 competencies and/or designations.

  • Expand CIL's catalog of enablement programs, offering a wider range of options to clients and partners.

  • Establish CIL as a prominent industry representative within selected partner ecosystems through active participation in industry events, forums, and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Contribute to closing 45 significant deals by leveraging strategic partnerships and demonstrating the value of CIL's offerings.
