A downstream oil and gas company is looking to hire a Tax Accountants who will manage tax-related matters for its business operations. He/she is to prepare accurate tax returns, strategize to minimize tax liabilities, and ensure compliance with tax laws. Responsibilities include tax planning, client consultation, financial analysis, and record keeping. The ideal tax accountant should be able to stay updated on tax regulations, use accounting software, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in tax and accounting


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)


• Tax/Accounting Certificate is compulsory (ACCA, ACA, CITN) etc.


• In-depth understanding of tax laws and regulations


• Proficiency in tax software and accounting tools


• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail


• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
