  • Our client is in search of a highly driven and motivated Executive Assistant who will play a crucial role in supporting the entrepreneur in managing their professional and personal affairs.

  • This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Your primary objective is to ensure the smooth functioning of the entrepreneur's daily activities, allowing them to focus on their business endeavors.


Duties and Responsibilities



  • Manage the entrepreneur's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages.

  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.

  • Maintain records, files, and databases in an organized and confidential manner.

  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling business meetings, conferences, and events.

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

  • Help with social media management and content creation, in alignment with the entrepreneur's brand image.

  • Stay updated on fashion and beauty trends, industry news, and relevant events.

  • Assist in organizing and attending photo shoots, fashion shows, and product launchesProvide personal assistance, such as managing personal appointments and commitments.

  • Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and business partners on behalf of the entrepreneur.

  • Exercise discretion and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Handle private matters and sensitive issues with the utmost professionalism.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field

  • Min of 2 years work experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant is preferred.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Knowledge and passion for the fashion/beauty industry, including current trends and key players.

  • Proficiency in using office software and online tools, such as Microsoft Office and scheduling applications.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

  • Flexibility in working hours, as the fashion/beauty industry often involves irregular schedules.

  • A proactive and anticipatory approach to meeting the entrepreneur's needs.

  • Ability to maintain high level discretion and confidentiality.

  • Must reside on the Island or close to the Island.


Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
