  • Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, conducting market research, and collaborating with teams to develop and execute effective business strategies.

  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a keen understanding of market trends, and a strong ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities



  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for business expansion.

  • Collaborate with team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation.

  • Prepare and negotiate business contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved.

  • Partner with appropriate teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients

  • Research and recommend various investment opportunities to ourcompany and sell our investent opportunities to clients (existing and new/prospective)


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven record in business development, sales, or a related role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.

  • Strong negotiation and networking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and goals.

  • Experiencein project management, finance/accounting, and presentation/digital skills is a plus.
