About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for kick starting the production activities of the new unit and maintain its growth and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

The candidate will manage and supervise all activities in the production process that will lead to the seamless commencement of operations and its attendant growth and development. Such responsibilities will include;

• A production manager or qulaity coontrol manager that have good understood the food industries and procesing  of raw material into finished goods.


• Knowledge and experience in the production of teas, herbs and spice


• Raw materials used in production


• Machineries and materials used in production


• Quality assurance issue and other relevant agencies involved (NAFDAC) in monitoring and certification


• Staff supervision and sales and marketing of processed products.


• 3 - 5 years experience in Food processing

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A relevant diploma or degree in the Sciences, Management or Humanities from a recognized institution of higher learning. (A qualification or certificate in food biological sciences will be an added advantage


• Relevant experience in a supervisory or management role in the food processing industry


• Strong analytical, management and leadership skills and


• Drive, motivation and ability to deliver result
