Booking air, car hotels & Tours reservation for corporate clients, individuals and designated group of travelers
Making Reservation, issue as well as process change to tickets (rerouting, reissue, cancellation, voiding etc)
Ability to provide visa advise for major countries of interest including transit visa
Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, cost, and accommodations.
To travelers, provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps regulations, events, etc.).
Responsible for ensuring all cleints travel issues are resolved timely.
Responsible for developing Tour packages for both individauls & Group travels
Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds.
Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends.
Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
Network with tour operations.
Maintain statistical and financial records.
Meet profit and sales targets.

REQUIREMENT
Proven work experience in Ticketing/Reservation (3 – 6 years of relevant work experience).
Strong networking skills.
Excellent verbal and communication skills: Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel policies.
Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a relevant field.
Experience in the tourism industry will be considered an advantage.
