Job Description

• Candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our staff, ensuring smooth operation of our IT systems. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to setting up new equipment, your expertise will help maintain a reliable and secure IT infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Periodically monitor the security of IT systems in the company


• Provide remote/on-site support, co-ordinate with technical partner


• Prepare and update system documentation and reports


• Prepare standard trouble shooting guide for recurring problem


• Proactively identify the possible breakdown/ issues


• Delivering support to existing business users; investigating and resolving application data errors.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / B.Tech / HND in Computer Science / Engineering


• Must have 2 - 5 years experience


• Knowledge of MS Office, Application, Networking


• Software Installation knowledge


• Knowledge of Server Installation and Maintenance.
