Role Responsibilities

Web Development:

• Develop visually appealing and user-friendly web applications using JavaScript frameworks.


• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive designs and ensure optimal user experience across various devices and browsers.


• Integrate frontend solutions with backend systems and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

User Interface (UI) Implementation:

• Translate UI/UX design wireframes into functional frontend components.


• Ensure consistent design standards and branding throughout the application.


• Implement interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement.

Performance Optimization:

• Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.


• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and issues.


• Implement caching and lazy loading techniques to improve loading times.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate frontend


• Communicate technical requirements and constraints to UI/UX designers and other team members.

Research and Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and technologies.


• Suggest and implement innovative solutions to improve user experience and development processes.

Code Quality and Testing:

• Write clean, maintainable, and modular code following industry best practices.


• Conduct thorough testing of frontend components to identify and resolve bugs and inconsistencies.


• Implement and utilize testing frameworks for automated testing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, with a portfolio of projects showcasing your skills.


• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to work closely with designers.


• Strong technical background, including 4+ years of experience building impactful products.


• Experience writing high quality code that is tested thoroughly, supported by clear documentation and has appropriate production observability.


• Empathetic with users and strive to create a better experience for all customers.


• Uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design.


• Familiarity with version control systems and package managers.


• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.


• Experience with integrating Restful AP|s into web applications.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
