Responsibilities



  • HR / Admin will run both the HR & administrative functions

  • Payroll advise to finance

  • Transcend regular HR to HRBP across business units.

  • Drive performance improvement and staff optimization

  • Come up with staff training calendar and ensure implementation

  • Define clear HR / Admin processes

  • Lead in recruitment and employee onboarding

  • Manage requisition, travel and procurements

  • Develop employee self portal for ease of internal processes.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Master's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
