Job Summary



  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Growth and Sustainability Manager to play a pivotal role in advancing our mission of providing quality education, empowerment, and sustainable development.

  • As the Growth and Sustainability Manager, you will be at the forefront of strengthening Slum2School's impact by developing strategic frameworks and systems.

  • You'll be responsible for enhancing partnerships, overseeing institutionalization efforts, and promoting sustainable policies.

  • Your expertise will be key to expanding our influence, driving collaboration, and ensuring the longevity of our initiatives.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement expansion strategies, aligning them with global trends and opportunities.

  • Assess and vet proposed plans, safeguarding the organization from operational and reputational risks.

  • Establish and maintain a stakeholder database, mapping out expansion capacity and influence.

  • Collaborate with the media team to create engaging communications materials for partners.

  • Lead regional projects in collaboration with donors, volunteers, and stakeholders.

  • Develop frameworks for new community and country expansion programs.

  • Foster strategic partnerships and build credibility with stakeholders.

  • Undertake risk assessments of volunteers in various regions.

  • Collaborate on grant research and partnership agreements with the grants and legal teams.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with senior management.


Qualifications and Experience



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

  • Postgraduate or Master's degree in related areas is a plus.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, including successful growth strategy implementation.

  • Experience in partnership development and stakeholder engagement.

  • Background in nonprofit/NGO sector, education, or community development is beneficial.

  • Strong project management skills with a focus on outcomes and impact.

Reporting Relationship:



  • The Growth and Sustainability Manager will report to the Executive Director.
