Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, target audience, and emerging trends.
- Analyze market data, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to develop informed business strategies.
Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and partners for outreach
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand their needs, concerns, and preferences to tailor solutions effectively.
Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Determine target markets, value propositions, and entry strategies for new markets.
Pitching and Presentations:
- Craft compelling presentations and pitches that effectively communicate the company's value proposition to clients and partners.
- Present solutions in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner
Negotiation and Deal Closure:
- Engage in negotiations with clients, partners, and vendors to secure mutually beneficial agreements and contracts.
- Ensure that terms, pricing, and conditions are favorable to the company.
Sales Planning and Forecasting:
- Develop sales plans, set targets, and create strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results
Expansion Planning:
- Evaluate potential markets for expansion, considering factors like market demand, competition, regulatory environment, and cultural nuances.
- Develop market entry strategies tailored to each market's characteristics.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field is required.
- Strong communication skills for effective presentations, negotiations, and relationship-building
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and seize opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and sales tool.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and trend.
- Understanding of sales techniques, funnel management, and closing deals
- Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving strategies
- Comfort with using technology, including software, tools, and online platform.
