As an operations manager, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations.
You ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your duties include hiring and training employees, coordinating work and schedules, developing working relationships with the staff, overseeing inventory ordering, and daily maintenance of equipment and the building.
Responsibilities
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Design exceptional menus, and continuously make necessary improvements
Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures
Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis in motivation and teamwork
Controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency.
Job Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Hospitality Management or related discipline
Minimum of 3 experiences in the core hospitality industry
