Job Summary



  • As an operations manager, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations.

  • You ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Your duties include hiring and training employees, coordinating work and schedules, developing working relationships with the staff, overseeing inventory ordering, and daily maintenance of equipment and the building.


Responsibilities



  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards

  • Design exceptional menus, and continuously make necessary improvements

  • Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns

  • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel

  • Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures

  • Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis in motivation and teamwork

  • Controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency.


Job Requirements



  • B.Sc / HND in Hospitality Management or related discipline

  • Minimum of 3 experiences in the core hospitality industry

  • Available to start immediately.
