Responsibilities

• Perform tower load analysis (TLA), tower retrofit and tower mapping


• Conduct Tower Structural Audit and Appraisal (SAA), and Tower Retrofit Assessment


• Perform Technical Site Survey (TSS) and earth improvements


• Coordination of Cable tray installation, cable tray support installation, DCDB installation


• Coordination of installation of RF poles, MW poles, RRU/Ground poles for customers


• Repair of shelter floor, casting of plinths Powering of DCDB at rectifier end


• Overseeing the management of supervisors, staff and subcontractors


• Ensuring all works are completed within health, safety, quality, and street work guidelines.


• Ensuring that schemes are delivered within tight frameworks and budgets.

Academic Qualifications

• Minimum of an HND / University Degree in Engineering.

Requirements:

• 5+ years relevant work experience.


• Telecoms network build experience is essential


• Tower maintenance experience is essential


• Project management experience in the telecom industry


• Methodical operational experience with good man-management skills


• Highly organised with proven ability to meet deadlines.
