Requirements



  • 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary with an accounting background would be advantageous.

  • Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.

  • Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters.

  • Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.

  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.

  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to undertake basic accounting task such as ledger balancing, bookkeeping etc

  • Formal qualification in Office Technology and Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, and Accountancy.


Academic Qualification



  • OND in Office Technology and Management, Business Administration and Accounting.


Spiritual Requirement



  • She must be a born-again Christian with a salvational history.
