Job Objectives / Purpose
- To ensure effectiveness in managing the performance of staff and plan relevant training and development programmes/interventions to improve performance.
You'll Fit in if You Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other related field (Master's Degree or MBA in relevant discipline will be an added advantage).
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Performance Management Specialist of which you must have spent 2 years in a leadership position.
- Membership of at least one HR professional body like CIPM, SHRM, CIPD or PHRI.
- Good knowledge of the power industry.
- Good reporting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
