JOB DUTIES/DESCRIPTION
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Liase with Business to Business contact
- Generate Reports
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Powerpoint slides creation and presentation
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Conduct research and provide information as needed
- Source office supplies
- Devise and maintain office filing system
QUALIFICATION /REQUIRMENTS
- HND/BSC in Office Administration, Office tech or any related field
- 2-3 years experience with as Executive Assistant in a real Estate Company
- Good with MS Excel
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent Verbal and writing skill
- Must be able to work without supervision
