Job Description

• Our client is a leading real estate development and services business in Africa and is currently looking to recruit to fill the role of a Marketing and Sale Representative.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the Sales and Marketing activities for the company in line with sales targets.


• Ensuring all company marketing collateral such as Website, Sales Office, brochures, pitch documents etc, are completed to an appropriate quality for an international standard premium residential development.


• Providing accurate and timely responses to client enquiries with a view to converting enquires to sales.


• Communicate with diaspora agents and follow up


• Promote sales through advertisements, listing services and mixers.


• Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.


• Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact

Qualifications

• First degree. Advanced degrees accepted. Marketing or Sales related degree will be an advantage.


• Experience in property development or PR related organizations is a requirement.


• Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience in Marketing, Real estate or Hospitality organization.
