Job Description

• As a Security Guard at Pem Security, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our clients' premises, assets, and personnel.


• Your presence and vigilance will be instrumental in deterring potential threats, maintaining a secure environment, and upholding the reputation of Pem Security as a trusted provider of top-notch security services.

Key Responsibilities

• Surveillance: Maintain a vigilant presence by conducting regular patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and identifying any unusual activities or potential security breaches.


• Access Control: Control access to premises by verifying credentials, preventing unauthorized entry, and ensuring all visitors are logged and escorted as necessary.


• Emergency Response: Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, following established protocols to ensure the safety of all individuals on site.


• Report Generation: Prepare accurate and timely incident reports, detailing observations, actions taken, and any pertinent information.


• Customer Service: Interact professionally and courteously with clients, visitors, and employees, providing assistance and information as needed.


• Security Measures: Enforce security policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a secure environment for all occupants.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.


• Experience: Previous experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred.


• Observational Skills: Keen observation skills to detect potential security threats or unusual activities.


• Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and visitors.


• Integrity: High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.


• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and conduct patrols for extended periods.


• Crisis Management: Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures and crisis management.


• Licensing: Possession of relevant security guard licensing and certifications as required by local regulations.


• Availability: Flexibility in working hours, as security operations may require shifts, weekends, and holidays.
