Ability to research organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities; • Experience in the FMCG Industry (in the bidding procedure and necessary documents required);
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients, as well as keeping track of their information on Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.;
Good Interface or experience with government ministries such as BPE,FMTI,MAN, NEPC, NIPC, FMARD, NAFDAC etc is a plus;
Developing goals for the business development team and business growth and ensuring they are met; • Increasing the value of current businesses and government contracts while attracting new ones;
Contacting potential relationships to establish rapport and arrange meetings with key officers of a government organization;
Creating innovative public relations, strategies and campaigns to engage with government ministries and agencies to secure contracts;
Focusing on marketing the company through partnerships, MOUs, and strategic meetings; • Handling of any PR related issue that may arise;
Developing informative presentations and delivering them to prospective clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.;
Keeping up with the demands of traveling and project execution regularly;
Collaborating with other teams of the organization to promote the over goal of the company.
Job Requirements
B.Sc in Business Management or equivalent degree
Minimum of 2 Years of experience in Business Development, Data Analytics and financial analysis.
Ability to identify potential leads.
Sales negotiation skills
Ability to create strong positioning of Organization, Management, and self.
Working knowledge of CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc • Knowledge of sales management, marketing, strategic management, and business planning
At least one yearof experience in the FMCG Industry.
