Nenu (a social enterprise that is helping households gain access to clean cooking solutions) seeks the services a highly-technicall and qualified Production Associate to join its team. In this position, your primary duties will include planing and overseing our production process.

Resposibilities

• Oversee production processes;


• Draw up production schedule;


• Design and monitor production budget ensuring cost-effectiveness;


• Determine production resources requirements;


• Work with the general manager to set quality standard and implement quality-control programs;


• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;


• Report production bottlenecks and make valuable suggestion to the General manager;


• Report production material inventory;


• Report Finished goods inventory;


• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed;


• Supervise and motivate a team of workers;


• Review worker performance;


• Identify training needs for the production team.

Requirements

• MBA/ BSc/ HND in engineering or relevant field.


• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.


• In-depth knowledge of managing production processes.


• Strong attention to detail.
