Duties / Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the MD/CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate and prioritize appointments, ensuring optimal time utilization and minimal conflicts
- Draft and prepare emails, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the MD/CEO
- Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings, ensuring that the MD/CEO is well-prepared.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to facilitate effective decision-making
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and exercise discretion in all interactions
Skills and Requirements
- BSc. / HND in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours as needed.
