Key Responsibilities:
- As an HR Generalist at Larryshem Limited, you will play a pivotal role in various HR functions, including:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conducting interviews and assisting in the selection process.
- Coordinating new employee orientations.
Employee Relations:
- Handling employee inquiries and concerns.
- Maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Addressing employee relations issues and conducting investigations when necessary.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Managing employee records and documentation.
Performance Management:
- Assisting in the performance appraisal process.
- Providing guidance and support for employee development.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Administering employee benefits programs.
- Assisting in salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
