Responsibilities

• Co-ordination of fueling operations for vehicles under his supervision


• Establishment of cordial working relationship with Fuel vendors to ensure continuity of operations.


• Timely retirement of receipts used for fuel purchase.


• Provision of professional support to drivers and coordinate fleet management operations


• Provide timeline feedback to fleet management team and operational support to drivers.


• Preparing reports to management on fueling activities (usage / consumption)


• Collation and analyzing fleet information for areas under their purview.


• Providing real time and timely feedback to enable fleet management to make decisions critical to sustaining fueling operations.


• Understanding and coordination of bus routes


• Follow up on vehicular maintenance, servicing, and repairs if necessary.


• Inventory of vehicular travel time logbook


• Providing technical support in the case of emergency breakdowns

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in any field of study


• Preferably some level of fleet management experience (minimum of 2 years)


• Ability to produce prompt and error free weekly reports.


• Supervisory skills and managerial abilities


• Ability to work with little or no supervision.


• Meticulous and analytical thinker.

Salary

• N140,000 monthly net and other benefits.
