As an Enterprise Partnership Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our enterprise partnership program. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic plans to achieve partnership growth targets, managing partner relationships, and ensuring the profitability of partner fleets. The objective is to strengthen and expand our fleet base and achieve revenue metrics.


Job responsibilities are as follows:



  • Develop and implement programs and plans that ensure the achievement of Enterprise Partnership growth target.

  • Grow the fleet size by consistently acquiring new Partners/ Investors

  • Strategically manage Partner relationships and maintain agreed Partner retention rate.

  • Design processes/procedures to ensure that downtime of Partner fleet adheres to set target

  • Prepare regular management reports detailing new business, repeat business, and opportunities to promote services in new markets as well as the general performance of the unit.

  • Ensure Partners’ fleet operating expense ratio is constantly kept reasonably low so as to inspire investors’ confidence.

  • Ensure optimal ROI for Partners/Investors by adopting efficient problem-solving skills that guarantee that their assets are constantly generating revenue for them

  • Perform basic accounting to ensure Partner’s fleet profitability.

  • Incidence management & reporting to Partners/Investors in the event of an incident involving their fleet

  • Drive Partnership/Investment growth amongst existing Partners

  • Where appropriate, prepare written responses to tenders, contributing to the completion of application processes, and prepare & deliver pitch presentations.


Person Specification:



  • First degree from a recognized institution.

  • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in Account Management/Sales/Business Development or related field.

  • Strong commercial acumen

  • Excellent business analytical skill

  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Self-starter with proven personal leadership and people management skills

  • Proven sales and business development track record
