Overall Responsibility

As an Enterprise & Solution Architect, he/she will lead the design, integration, and alignment of the organization's Enterprise Architecture framework. He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are strategically designed, seamlessly integrated, and effectively contribute to our business objectives. He/She will leverage your experience in documentation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and efficiency of interfaces, while harnessing the power of Finacle to optimize our banking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align solutions with the bank's Enterprise Architecture blueprint, ensuring consistency, scalability, and strategic alignment across the organization.


• Analyze integration requirements and document interface specifications, ensuring comprehensive documentation of integration points and interactions between systems


• Support unit tests and System Integration Testing (SIT) by providing architectural insights, validating the integration of components, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.


• Design robust and innovative solutions that address business needs while aligning with architectural guidelines.


• Create detailed documentation for interfaces, including data flow diagrams, API specifications, and integration protocols, ensuring clarity and effective communication across teams.


• Utilize your experience in testing and troubleshooting interfaces to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal system performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.


• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Enterprise and Solution Architecture roles, with a proven track record of aligning architectural strategies with business objectives.


• Strong expertise in integration analysis, interface documentation, and testing methodologies.


• Proficiency in architectural frameworks, design patterns, and industry best practices.


• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.


• In-depth understanding of Finacle or similar banking systems, leveraging its capabilities to architect innovative solutions.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.


• Ability to lead and influence technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
