Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for management and support of the key applications deployed for the MVNO.
- Work with various key vendors to deploy, configure, test, and manage the various applications.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and support for all applications.
- Act as first and second-tier technical support engineer for all application software problems.
- Triage in-bound technical support requests and provide escalation and documentation support to other service and support personnel.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree qualified in Technology, Computer Science, Telecom Engineering, or similar relevant field.
- 3-5 Years of experience in enterprise applications support, preferably from the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages, SQL and databases, as well as server operating systems (Windows and Linux).
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance Tools, automation and processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to function effectively in a hybrid team environment.
