Key Responsibilities

• Lead the key strategic technology implementation for the MVNO Operation.


• Manage the Technology assets – people, budget, and systems - for the company.


• Ensure maximum utility of the company’s technology strategy without cost overrun and zero technology debt.


• Manage long-term relationships with key strategic partners, vendors, and the Host MNOs or MVNEs.


• Responsible for tracking overall network performance and ensuring industry and Internal KPIs are always met.


• Keep abreast of emerging trends and share best practices knowledge and insights to the CEO and the management team.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Computer Science, Telecom Engineering, or similar relevant field.


• Minimum of 15 years’ experience at senior management level in any of the Tier 1 or Tier 2 Telecommunications Operators in Nigeria or Africa.


• Strong Project Rollout Leadership Experience, with evidence of personal responsibility and oversight for telecommunication projects of $10m and above.


• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills


• Excellent organizational and time management skills.


• Must have led at a senior level with budget and P/L responsibility.
